A&R & Client Relationship Manager (Publishing)
Ditto is looking for an A&R Manager to join its growing music publishing team.

Ditto Plus Music Publishing offers global rights management services to songwriters, producers, managers, labels, music supervisors, post-production houses and other rights holders.
Position Outline
As A&R & Client Relationship Manager you will work alongside Ditto’s global Record Label Services teams and the MD of Ditto Plus Music Publishing to identify, sign, and manage relationships with publishing clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Identify artists (writers, producers), labels, managers and other rights holders and introduce them to the range of services we offer.
- Represent Ditto Plus Music Publishing independently and alongside senior staff in meetings with existing and new publishing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new clients.
- Manage relationships with new and existing clients; being the point of contact for all queries and liaising with legal, copyright, royalties and finance teams to ensure queries are resolved swiftly and that all clients receive a best-in-class service.
- Regularly communicate with clients and clients representatives to address concerns, manage expectations and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Represent Ditto Music in the UK and internationally including attending live events, panels, and industry events.
The ideal candidate
- Passionate about music and knowledgeable about a range of musical styles and music scenes.
- Connected to a network of artists and managers and able to independently generate signing leads.
- Enthusiastic about independent music and artist development.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive and positive with ability to independently initiate tasks and follow through to completion.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to growing within a team and adapting processes as the business continues to grow and theclient base evolves.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred but not necessary.
Location
London – Kingly Court, Carnaby. Ditto supports home working where practical and not disruptive to business priorities.
