Disorder is an independent label group, founded in 2024 by David Dollimore. It has launched in partnership with Capitol Records and its Chairman & CEO Tom March, setting out to partner with and sign DJs, producers, artists, brands and labels. Its first major signing is Disclosure, and its roster also includes Champion, Bakey, Kilimanjaro, Sam Girling, Obskur, Rivo and many others. Disorder’s first major partnership is with Manchester’s The Warehouse Project to launch WHP Records, an original recording imprint.

Job Description
Key duties as follows:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for artists signed to ATW, Disorder and WHPR
- Work with Head of Audience & Creative to execute effective content & audience strategy across all companies
- Commission third party designers, photographers, directors, stylists, motion gfx experts and any other creatives necessary for Disorder / ATW / WHPR and its artists campaigns
- Communicate effectively with artist teams, management, and distributers, including regular and effective updates
- Oversee production for ATW, alongside the management / label assistant
- Collate and create all relevant assets for campaigns, alongside management / label assistant
- Create and adhere to effective marketing budgets per campaign
- Understand, distil and use data effectively when planning campaigns
- Work with UMG / Sony international system where necessary
- Help with planning key cultural events for ATW, Disorder & WHPR
- Interface with the commercial team at The Orchard & Virgin to contextualise ATW / Disorder / WHP artists and maximise support for them.
- Stay abreast of new trends, especially on shortform platforms
- Immersion into dance music culture, especially those genres specific to ATW / Disorder / WHP
- Full knowledge of all platforms key to the aforementioned label’s success
