Main Duties:
- Plan, create and implement digital marketing campaigns including:
- Content & engagement strategy
- Content management
- Social media and community management
- Email marketing
- Mobile marketing
- Work with the marketing team to plan online ad campaigns and collaborate with relevant media agencies to monitor and optimise digital advertising
- ECRM strategy and execution
- Maintain relationships with key digital partners, securing key promotional placements
- Campaign analytics and insights reporting
- D2C / ecommerce platform commissioning and strategy
- Mobile strategy and execution
- Digital best practice research and internal advocacy
- Web and mobile asset commissioning and project management
- SEO & SEM
- YouTube content and rights management
