Create The Culture, a company invested in developing long-term artist careers, is seeking an experienced Digital Ad Manager to develop and implement progressive and impactful global marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.


Create The Culture is the home of global artist development. Since launching in 2020, we’ve worked with a number of high profile artists / campaigns from the likes of Sam Smith, Mimi Webb, Aitch, Tai Verdes, Rosa Linn ‘SNAP’, Drake, J Cole, Joyner Lucas, Russ x Ed Sheeran, Freya Ridings, The Wombats, SwitchOTR ft. The Digital Ad Manager will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to setting up ad across all platforms, reporting of campaigns, and creation of digital assets.

We are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of all relevant digital ad platforms, who is able to create innovative and effective campaigns that reach our target audiences.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once, as well as have excellent communication skills in order to effectively liaise with partners and clients.

  • Develop, implement, and provide detailed reports on digital campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns
  • Create engaging and optimised digital assets using Adobe Suite
  • Manage budgets and timelines for campaigns
  • Liaise with partners and clients


You will have previous proven experience of, and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in digital advertising .
  • Have a solid understanding or ability to learn Adobe Suite to create engaging ad assets.
  • Huge plus, but not essential, if you know how to use API feeds and Google Data Studio to automate the reporting process and save time & resources.
  • Strong understanding of current digital trends.
  • Highly organised and reliable, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills .
  • A strategic thinker, able to see the big picture and to design effective long-term plans to meet and exceed goals.
  • Passionate about music, and musical cultures, and have an affinity with the artists on our roster and the culture around them.
  • You listen, are curious and open-minded and you love to learn.
  • You welcome constructive feedback from those around you and expect to always be developing.
  • A positive, proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
