Concord Music Publishing, home to artists including Mark Ronson, Daft Punk, Dolly Parton and Pink Floyd is looking to employ a full time Royalty Tracking Manager in our London office working across our Concord Music (Pop) and Rodgers & Hammerstein (Theatrical) catalogues.
The Royalty Tracking Manager role will focus on maximising client royalties through the tracking of missing revenue. A good understanding of UK, and potentially European, music collection societies and royalty processes is essential.
Reporting to the Vice President – Global Royalty Control the role requires someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, with an ability to confidently work on their own initiative. The RTM will need to successfully organise and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Furthermore the RTM will be required to attend collection society meetings, work closely with clients, internal managers and third party providers. Also when required travel and meet European agents.
Royalty analysis includes digital, streaming and physical products, film and television broadcast investigations, live performance tracking, data management and inter-company project work.
5+ years of experience in music publishing
- Strong knowledge of music society processes across multiple royalty streams
- Good working relationships with music industry professionals and clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Royalty Tracking background preferable
- Exceptional research skills and an inquisitive nature
Salary range inclusive of potential bonus scheme £30,000 – £45,000.
