Concord Music’s Berlin office is looking to employ a full time Manager for our A&R department in publishing.

In 2018, Concord Music welcomed the renowned musical theatre library, Tams-Witmark to its publishing business. Boosey & Hawkes, Rodgers & Hammerstein and Tams-Witmark will remain as individual business units under the Concord Music umbrella.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of A&R Manager GSA
Reporting to the Managing Director, Concord Music GSA and the Exec Vice President Worldwide Creative, the key duties and responsibilities of the post-holder are as follows:
- Find new artists/writers to sign to Concord Music GSA.
- Work with current writers/artists signed to Concord Music.
- Writers – Look for writing opportunities.
- Build a strong relationship with the writers and their manager.
- Ensure their songs are delivered and registered with the copyright department.
- Artists – Build a relationship with the artists and managers.
- Stay on top of their diaries/schedules.
- Ensure their songs are delivered and registered with the copyright department.

- Extremely passionate about music, particularly pop music
- Bright, enthusiastic and organized individual
- Computer savvy – Proficient in PC programs and B2B knowledge of social media.
- CMS experience preferred
- Confident communicator
- Hardworking individual
- Positive attitude & genial, open manner
- Willingness to accept direction
- Fluent German language skills
