Concord – Digital Project Manager (US)

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portion of the roster of Concord Records/Fantasy Records/Concord Jazz on all things digital. Duties include overseeing digital marketing campaigns for new releases and catalog, creating digital assets and designing integrated and engaging content for releases across all relevant digital platforms, including album/single/EP campaigns, video releases and special projects.


Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • The Digital Project Manager will work closely with the Project Managers and internal departments to create compelling and innovative digital campaigns around releases.
  • Thoroughly research each project to understand a release and artist’s story in order to communicate, and ignite fan-bases, create superfan communities, extend audience reach, build social engagement, and drive commercial results.
  • Create and oversee deliverables ranging from social media packages (with a focus on growth channels including TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts), advertising assets, newsletter graphics, playlist cover art, animated cover suites, explainer videos, motion assets for social posts, ad-mats, social banners, music visualizers, lyric videos, and Spotify canvases.
  • Manage video uploads, claims, clearances, and allow-list requests on YouTube for the label and its artists.
  • Coordinate whitelist requests for Meta platforms and Tik Tok for artist and label social media content.
  • Re-formatting traditional campaign artwork into infographics for socials, media outlets, and partners.
  • Video editing behind-the-scenes footage, teasers, trailers, reels, and music video cut-downs.
  • Tracking delivery process with production and project managers for YouTube and VEVO releases.
  • Submitting ISRC requests for video assets as necessary.
  • Manage CRM campaigns as needed- internal platform used in Klaviyo
    Plan and execute contests & giveaways with platforms like ToneDen, Tunespeak, MIRA, etc.
  • Execute SMS campaigns
  • Work across departments to gather assets and collaborate on projects

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Proficient with video editing software including Adobe Premiere and/or Final Cut Pro
  • CRM experience; Klaviyo preferred.
  • Passion for music (wide-ranging genres) and digital culture.
  • Must be knowledgeable and immersed in social media, digital trends, and all digital platforms, with an understanding of which types of content will perform well on respective platforms
  • Experience with digital advertising and analytics.
  • A strong portfolio for design, motion graphics, video editing and photography
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of curiosity with new technology

*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.

Salary range: $75,000 – $80,000
