Required: experience analyzing, validating and communicating data and insights with the ability to apply strategy to data analysis and recommendations; a background in statistics (preferred)
Required: strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and artists.
Required: 2+ years experience in a design role ideally within a music or creative environment with a degree in graphic design or equivalent experience; an understanding of print production and print processes and experience delivering finished files to printers.
Required: Background of 2-4 years in music industry preferred; must be able to demonstrate independent thought and action while operating in sync with a larger team.
