J.D. from an accredited law school, State Bar license certification, and experience of active practice in a private law firm or in-house position focused on the representation of successful professional musical performing artists and/or companies.
Required: Basic understanding of music publishing and copyright industry practices, and the ability to articulate and explain complex information, adapting presentation and focus to varying audiences is required for this role
Required: Strong understanding of the digital music landscape, including streaming platforms, digital distribution, licensing, and revenue models for social media, AR/VR, gaming, and ad-supported media.
Required: Previous marketing experience at a record label, artist management firm, or other marketing experience and the ability to maintain confidentiality of high-profile projects and assets at all times
