Centricity Music – Marketing Coordinator (US)

Our roster includes Lauren Daigle, Unspoken, Jordan Feliz, Jason Gray, Andrew Peterson, North Point Worship, Jonny Diaz as well as new artists such as Chris Renzema, Caitie Hurst, PEABOD, Coby James and Neon Feather. Job description

The ideal candidate would provide assistance and support to the Marketing Director and team as well as play a key role with our publishing team and their brand, Centric Worship.

Marketing functions:

Update artist one sheets/data sheets

  • coordinate with Marketing Director to keep all active artist data sheets current with followers, consumption, etc.

Update artist imaging/best practices

  • coordinate with Creative team to ensure all current images are in place on digital service providers and social outlets
  • perform regular audits of artist social best practices

Organize and aid in digital marketing campaigns

  • assist Digital Marketing Manager in building out content calendars and scheduling posts for active artists
  • update YouTube cards, end screens, descriptions and tags for artist channels

Update & maintain production grid

  • coordinate with Marketing Director to update partners and maintain changes on the production grid

PR admin assistance

  • coordinate PR opportunities with third party press firms and deliver assets as needed

National Promotions assistance

  • coordinate in mailings for National Promotions team
  • weekly chart distribution to internal team

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Centric Worship functions:

Manage CW bi-monthly song giveaway

  • create and gather content needed and send to subscriber list
  • promote via CW’s social media platforms and website
  • find creative ways to grow subscriber list

Manage CW social media platforms

  • create content to post to FB, IG, Twitter and oversee YouTube channel
  • respond to FB and IG posts as needed

Manage CW website

  • official website editor; responsible for all changes, updates, and external communication
  • oversee all additions to site content, including graphics, audio files, blog posts, etc..
  • enlist Creative team to commission graphics for website, newsletter and social media

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Candidate should have a degree in related field or equivalent work experience (music industry a plus).
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, GarageBand as well as more web-focused software, such as Mail Chimp and WordPress is required.
  • An understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital platforms is preferred.
  • The candidate’s ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment will prove to be helpful.
