Sr. Coordinator, Marketing (LATAM)

As Sr. Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our team to ensure successful delivery of our artists’ music to their fans. Your role encompasses providing administrative and project management support to the VP of Marketing, while overseeing the day-to-day management of assigned artist projects.

You will be required to engage with our label partners, and establish BMG and our artists as a leading force in the Latin American music space. Your professionalism and expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our company and the satisfaction of our artists and fans.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Coordinating and facilitating communication between departments and label partners in Latin America
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for artist/management needs related to asset deployment, marketing, sales, and promotion
  • Managing administrative tasks, including invoice submissions and other necessary paperwork
  • Providing regular reports on sales and market updates to senior management
  • Keeping abreast of market and business trends to inform marketing strategy
  • Scheduling meetings, lunches, and events in a professional and efficient manner
  • Managing BMG LatAm’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) with a focus on promoting the company’s brand and artists
  • Providing assistance with special projects as needed, utilizing creativity and attention to detail.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and people skills, who can work collaboratively in a fun-loving team. Your ability to meet deadlines with ease, while juggling multiple tasks with laser-like focus, will be highly valued. And, of course, your keen eye for detail will help ensure everything runs smoothly.

Must Haves.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish for effective communication with Latin American label partners.
    Previous experience in administrative and/or marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent matters efficiently across multiple time zones.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on developing and maintaining positive internal and external partnerships.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening showcases and events, ensuring availability as needed.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range

$50,000 – 56,000 per annum

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
