Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) Catalogue – Hard Rock

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) Catalogue to support our Hard Rock Squad in Berlin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our digital and physical catalogue releases as part of the global team. We offer you a lot of freedom and perspectives!

What you’ll be doing
  • Planning, development & implementation of campaigns and product releases in close collaboration with artists, managements, and agencies
  • Budget and project responsibility for the campaigns (including budgeting and forecasting)
  • Creation of innovative, data-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales teams
  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners (A&R, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and promoters)
  • Continuous analysis, development, and evaluation of campaigns, as well as the creation of reports and statistics
  • Building long-term relationships with artists, artist managements, and partners
  • Regular exchange within the Hard Rock Squad located in Los Angeles

What you bring
  • First professional experience in product management and product marketing, preferably at a music label or in artist management
  • Good knowledge in the development, planning, implementation, and analysis of cross-media marketing campaigns (online, print, radio, TV, OoH), and in the targeted marketing of tracks, singles, and albums
  • Ideally, an existing network of artists, promoters, media partners, and other industry stakeholders, preferably in the Hard Rock and Metal sector
  • Great enthusiasm, strong project management skills, and outstanding organizational skills
  • Comprehensive musical understanding, repertoire knowledge, and keen interest in digital developments in the music industry
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Passion for Hard Rock and Metal!
