Coordinator (f/m/d) Partner CMS Operations

We are looking for a Partner Coordinator (f/m/d) to join the Supply Chain Operations team in our Berlin office. Our Supply Chain Operations team ensures that BMG recordings reach music fans worldwide both physically and digitally. This global team is responsible for metadata and asset management for approximately 600,000 recordings and work closely with our manufacturing and distribution partners. Without them, our recorded music releases would never be heard!


Your Mission at BMG

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the successful representation of BMG’s audio and video recording on UGC platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.


Your Responsibilities
  • Within the Facebook / Instagram CMS:
    • – ‘Allowlisting’ of artist profiles.
    • – ‘Allowlisting’ of recordings for use on 3rd party pages.
    • – Troubleshooting tracks not available in Audio Library.
    • – Mapping videos to correct Artist Facebook Page
    • – Requesting UGC Takedowns.
  • Liaising with 3rd parties to resolve critical ownership disputes.
  • Work with Supply Chain data teams to update our internal systems.
  • Communicate with BMG labels via email and through ticketing process.
  • Support the Supply Chain Operations team with Audio & Video deliveries and Neighbouring Rights registrations.

Your Profile
  • You already have previous experience working in a Supply Chain team in the Music Industry with an understanding of how “Rights Management” works.
  • Bringing knowledge of how music services work across Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • You have a high degree of quality awareness and an eye for detail.
  • Working towards targets and deadlines is easy for you to handle.
  • A process driven and troubleshooting working style characterize you.
  • You are able to categorise errors and find patterns in data, as well as cross reference data spreadsheets.
  • Your English skills are excellent (both spoken and written).
