You will be a key part of a team looking after a roster of new and internationally successful artists. You will support the managers and artists in all areas of their work and careers.
The successful applicant will work closely with the managers and with our group CEO, Head of Finance and Head of Business Affairs but will be given a high level of responsibility.
You will be based at our Shoreditch office and nominally work weekday office hours but your role will involve some unsociable hours and across various time zones as the artists and managers are working globally.
This vital and exciting role in business administration and client relations ensures that logistics, financial management and artist wellbeing are being handled to the highest standard and that all admin is up to date, accurate and within agreed budgets.
You need great organisation and people management skills, including online diaries, invoicing, budget tracking and financial administration, using spread sheets, logistics and travel bookings plus an understanding of the live and recording music environment.
