PRODUCTION & STOCK COORDINATOR – WANDSWORTH, LONDON. Full time, minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
The Production and Stock Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day systems administration of the UK and US Production Teams including: billing of invoices, receipt and transfer of stock on Beggars Group systems, perpetual inventory and warehousing tasks at the Alma Road Warehouse as well liaising with counterparts in other territories.
Working in the small but busy and dedicated Production Team at the Alma Road office in Wandsworth, London, the Production & Stock Coordinator will support The Head of Production and The Warehouse & Logistics Manager in all activities relating to the production and distribution of physical products across all the Groups labels.
As well as being the first point of contact for production systems processes the Production & Stock Coordinator will have the ability to assist with workload at times of holiday, illness or particularly busy periods.
The Production & Stock Coorrdinator will also have or attain a working knowledge in the production process, internally and externally in order to provide support to the Production Team at times of holiday, sickness or busy periods.
Skills / Experience
- IT and systems literate
- An understanding of or exposure to stock control / physical stock movement would be an advantage
- A passion for music and an awareness of the artists signed to the Beggars Group labels
