Based in Paris and reporting to the International Chief Digital Officer, the Trade Marketing Manager will be in charge of the relationship with the biggest DSP in France, Benelux, Middle East, Africa and Southern Europe.
As a Trade Marketing Manager for Because Music you will be responsible for the digital streaming strategy of our releases, the development of Because Music Revenues and its Market Share, Playlist inclusion and build partnerships with the main local DSP.
You will manage the French Trade Marketing Department (2 people: 1 Key Account Manager, 1 intern) and coordinate the digital strategy with the International Chief Digital Officer.
You will already have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the key principles of digital campaigns and streaming strategy in the music industry, with proven experience of running campaigns.
- Create and implement forward thinking digital strategies for Because Music roaster (emerging and established artists, frontline and catalogue)

- + 5 years experiences in a Digital Marketing or Trade Marketing Role in the Music industry
- Experience of developing streaming strategy and delivering sizeable digital campaigns
- A proven track record in building campaigns with DSPs
- Excellent people and communication skills at all levels
- Organized individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Positive and collaborative with ‘can do’ attitude, providing solutions to any problems. Good vibes and a positive attitude
- Must be fully immersed in popular culture and a digital native with keen understanding of current youth trends
- Must have a full understanding and passion for the latest innovations and consumer trends in music, digital media and technology
- Able to use consumer data and research to identify new opportunities and approaches
- Fluent in French, Current in English ideally (other foreign languages will be a plus)
