Because Music – Social Media Manager (FR)

Based in Paris and reporting to the International Chief Digital Officer, this role is tasked with creating, delivering and implementing innovative Digital and Social Media Campaigns for domestic and international releases.

The role will have a double reporting: both to Senior Marketing Manager and International Chief Digital Officer

As a Social Media Manager for Because Music you will be responsible for the Social Media Strategy, the conception and delivery of innovative digital marketing campaigns, the audience development of part of our artists roster. You will already have a good knowledge and understanding of the key principles of digital marketing and social media strategy digital marketing in the music industry, with proven experience of running your own campaigns.

MISSIONS
  • Report to the Digital Marketing Manager and International Digital Chief Officer on the global digital strategy and analysis
  • Assist the Project Manager in the audience development and digital strategy
  • Follow Digital Marketing Manager / International Digital Chief Officer global guidelines
  • Develop project audience on Social Network and DSP
  • Social and online content strategy
  • Community management
  • Strategic campaign planning and product creation
  • Analyse project audience and adapt strategy
  • Train his.herself on Digital Marketing Campaign & Set up Digital Marketing Campaigns espcially on Social Network (and step by step on Programmatic, Adwords and YouTube)
  • Developping and managing the Adword label brand
  • Social media strategy for Adword
  • Asset Recommandation & work with Image Department for Creation: pictures, adapted artwork, videos, banners, etc.
  • Coordination with PR teams
  • Working with external creative and media buying agencies with/through Digital Marketing Manager
  • Delivery Audience Development, Streams and Marketing Reports to Team
PROFILE
  • Experiences in a social media marketing, Community Manager Role in the music industry or Entertainment
  • Digital marketing experience with expertise booking digital campaigns, social media management, content creation, database management and email marketing, mobile marketing
  • Experience of developing planning and delivering sizable digital marketing strategies and post planning
  • A proven track record in building and managing social media accounts
  • IT Skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus
  • Organised individual with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Positive and collaborative with ‘can do’ attitude, providing solutions to any problems. Good Vibes and a positive attitude
  • Must be fully immersed in popular culture and a digital native with keen understanding of current youth trends
  • Great knowledge of Urban Music, Indie/Alternative, Electronic Music Scene
  • Must have a full understanding and passion for the latest innovations and consumer trends in digital media and technology
  • Able to use consumer data and research to identify new opportunities and approaches
  • Act as a company advocate for digital media principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • And most important: passionate by music
