Growth Business Analyst (Remote-USA)
What You’ll Do:
- Execute experiments with the Growth Team, providing information based on experiment results and previously undiscovered solutions to data challenges.
- Support deployment of campaigns to acquire, onboard, and retain an audience.
- Integrate tools into our marketing site and application to build a robust customer data profile and optimized marketing funnel.
- Work with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate and configure any tools used during the customer onboarding process.
- Measure the efficacy of marketing spend and evaluate A/B tests of messaging.
- Develop predictive models to drive increased retention and revenue
- Develop a strategy for long term data platform architecture.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience sitting within a Growth team/function of a SaaS organization.
- Proven experience using a variety of tools and approaches to build a customer data profile.
- Experience developing ML, algorithms, software, and data models to support a SaaS growth model.
- Experience with data strategy to inform onboarding processes, acquisition, and increased customer experience
- An understanding of web application architecture, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Engineering experience incorporating growth and marketing tools into front-end applications and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to make confident technical decisions and identify straightforward implementations to improve process and user experience.
- Familiar with marketing funnels and the economics of customer acquisition and retention.

Content Marketing Manager (Remote-USA)
What You’ll Do:
- Build a scalable content marketing engine that balances brand, quality, and our creator community needs
- Leverage influencers and content creators to build our brand
- Lead content strategy, workflow, project prioritization, and timely delivery of content
- Develop content strategy to live across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
- Own the development of messaging and assets–including customer testimonials, case studies, infographics, ebooks, and whitepapers that support the marketing calendar and roadmap
- Maintain a marketing calendar that supports the brand narrative and uses company milestones, seasonal trends, key launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing and Design teams to complete and optimize content
- A/B or multivariate test creative assets to drive advertisement performance
- Survey the market for compelling stories and posts to cross-promote, furthering brand awareness and engagement
- Work with Marketing team to ensure accurate positioning, messaging, and compelling storytelling that will resonate with our target audience.
- Implement, own and optimize community blog websites or platforms that house content.
- Produce and edit captivating video content and motion graphics
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of content marketing experience or closely related field
- Passionate about storytelling and enjoy talking with creative professionals
- Strong content strategy and writing skills (with examples of work)
- Experience being both creative and analytical
- Experience working on a marketing team
- Experience with social media marketing. You know how to engage and grow a social audience.
- Experience with graphic design, motion graphics, and video production.

Business Development Manager (Remote-USA)
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with our business objectives and product roadmap offering.
- Execute strategic partnerships that champion our customers’ needs as well as productize our user acquisition and revenue goals.
- Work with various cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize deals.
- Maximize competitive research and data to create presentations and pitches.
- Organize conversations, relationships, and potential partners via sales and business development tools.

What we’re looking for:
- BS or MBA or equivalent experience

- Familiarity with sales, business development, revenue, and growth tools.

Project Manager (Remote-USA)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide end-to-end project management and business analysis for internal projects
- Create analysis documents: business requirements, current/future state process flows, & test cases
- Create project documentation: project plan, stakeholder analysis, issues log, & project governance
- Communicate with Product Managers and other teams to understand and clarify business requirements
- Generate actionable metrics and reports
- Work with leadership team to prioritize tasks and projects
- Work with internal teams to ensure resource availability matches project timelines
- Breakdown requirements into agile user stories
- Drive collaborative problem solving
- Provide Servant leadership
What we’re looking for:
- Deep experience with project management, preferably in an agile environment
- Strong familiarity with data analytics
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion to learn new things
- Exceptional and empathetic communication skills
- Experience gathering business requirements for software
- Experience documenting processes and data/user flows
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience with project management tools, deliverables, and reporting (bonus for DBA and UI experience!!)
- Experience identifying KPIs and creating dashboards to analyze metrics
- Ability to oversee multiple projects (facilitate meetings, presentations, agile ceremonies, etc.)
