APRA AMCOS – Director of Publisher Services (AU)

APRA AMCOS is seeking a dynamic and experienced industry professional to lead its Publisher Relations and Repertoire team.

As the Director of Publisher Services, you will lead the development of the organisation’s publisher services and repertoire strategy and deliver on its strategic goals and plans.

This role is part of the organisation’s senior management team reporting to the Membership executive who heads up the division. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting music Publishers, have proven experience in driving change and experience in complex data and business environments.

Experience in the music publishing industry is essential.


Key Responsibilities include
  • Develop and nurture productive working relationships with Publisher members
  • Develop and deliver the strategic plans for the Publisher Relations and Repertoire team.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in publisher services and repertoire systems and processes

Skills & Experience
  • Broad experience in a service environment within the music publishing industry
  • Managing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Management and mentoring of teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Sophisticated analytical skills and experience in working in complex data environments.
