Apple/Beats by Dre – Head of Digital Marketing and Media (US)

Be at the front lines of one of the most creative brands on the planet by building an ever-present, trusted relationship with the Beats consumer across every Digital platform, Media channels and Digital Services.

Key Qualifications:
  • 10 to 12+ years marketing experience with a major premium brand.
  • Senior leader in the digital and media spaces for a global brand — either lifestyle or luxury.
  • Extensive cross-platform experience for large scale initiatives.
  • Experience in emerging media, mobile, social media, experiential marketing.
  • Global leader of people and brands.
  • Set the complete digital road map with the team and lead a visionary digital strategy. Inspire talent and consumers through innovation and executional excellence.
  • Create dynamic vision for Media. This includes campaign, evergreen, paid media and media partnerships.
  • Create revenue via innovative digital strategies across products, talent, partner and owned platforms.
  • Move faster than the industry. Unearth new opportunities and partnerships that deliver scale, work with the agency partners and deliver outstanding work that surprise consumers how and when the Brand shows up.
  • Define a compelling end to end consumer journey. Constantly refine it to keep it relevant to serve and reward the Beats consumer.
  • Develop a clear project plan. Be the guardian of flawless execution. Set and demand only the highest production standards.
  • Bring storytelling mastery to all digital communications and Media. Inspire the people to love the product and brand through brilliant content and consumer engagement.
  • Allocate resources and hold the team accountable to clear KPIs. This includes the on-time, on budget delivery of the plan.
  • Measure quality and effectiveness. Learn what works and scale it. Learn what doesn’t and change it.
  • Collaborate and co-create with outstanding partners.
  • Appoint and direct world-class agencies that elevate the team and the work. Demand only the best.
  • Build a world-class, diverse global team across all disciplines (Digital, Media and Consumer services). Create the team that every other brand wants to hire.
  • Become a visionary Beats leader. Inspire, lead and develop the global digital team. Set stretching goals, monitor performance. Cascade it through the team. Coach, challenge and support.
  • Drive a culture of teamwork and collaboration. Make sure all opportunities and initiatives are integrated and gain maximum exposure externally and internally.
  • Create a culture of proactive and open-communication to share functional expertise and work across the entire business.
  • Partner with category brand leads to drive creation and extension of ideas that drive business priorities.
  • Be a respectful though-leader within Apple for all things digital. Stay of the curve and make sure your team is too. Be known for your expertise and future-vision thinking in and outside of Beats.
  • Be a fiduciary and show mastery of revenue priorities.
