Junior manager opportunity with priority signed new artist
A Los Angeles based music management company is seeking a London-based driven, well organized and personable artist manager to work alongside a hugely exciting, major label signed new artist. You will be responsible for execution of the artists day-to-day activities, schedule, campaign rollouts, social strategy, communicating with the US/UK label teams and all other team members (agent, business manager, etc).
DUTIES
Involved in all aspects of artist’s career including:
- Working and interacting daily with Artist
- Scheduling and assisting with sessions, studio time, shoots, travel, etc
- Assisting in all areas of creative and music development
- Working closely with the Los Angeles management team and global major label
- Create and maintain album campaign timelines
- Overseeing all planning and budgeting in touring and other areas
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in talent management or working directly with artists
- Ability to work full time. With a requirement to work some evenings and weekends when needed
- Willingness to travel
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Knowledge or passion for the current music environment is important
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
