A top-tier, full-service music and talent management, integrated media and advisory firm is looking to hire an experienced, motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual to act as the assistant to the Partner / Head of New York Office.
This role will be in the department of media and brand strategy, and the ideal candidate will have strong communication and writing skills.
Duties include assisting in the planning and execution of marketing and media campaigns, building, maintaining and monitoring our client’s brand consistency, assessing and coordinating press and media opportunities, tour marketing, crisis management, and tracking awards deadlines and submissions.
The department is responsible for overarching award campaign strategies across all awards shows including GRAMMYS, AMAs, CMAs, ACMs, IDMAs, Billboard Music Awards, People’s/Critics’ Choice Awards, Oscars, Golden Globes, Emmys, Tony Awards, James Beard Awards and more.
The position also calls for assisting with various administrative tasks in direct support of the partner / department head, including handling phones and calendar appointments, scheduling calls, maintaining expense reports and booking travel. Prior experience in entertainment is a plus.
