1. Create compelling and engaging content for digital marketing initiatives, including all social media platforms, email newsletters, and website updates.

2. Manage and maintain company and select client’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.

3. Produce high-quality digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and banners for use in marketing campaigns and for social media.

4. Conduct market research and analyze audience trends and behaviors to identify target demographics and optimize digital marketing strategies accordingly.

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, and provided regular reports and recommendations for approval.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the music industry, and implement innovative strategies.


1. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of streaming platforms and digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

3. Proven experience with monetization supervision.

4. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, such as Trello, Chartmetric, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager.

5. Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canvas to create visually appealing digital assets.

6. Video editing skills preferred.

7. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

8. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Extremely detail-oriented.

10. Creative, collaborative, and innovative thinking skills.

11. Self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills.

12. Adaptive to change and consistently meets deadlines.

Competitive and commensurate with experience, currently the salary range is $75-100k plus full benefits package.
