Activist Artists Management is interviewing to fill a salaried, full-time executive assistant position in their Los Angeles office, to begin immediately. This role reports directly to one of Activist’s founding partners.

Candidate to directly support a founding partner at Activist Artists Management, a music and talent management, integrated media and advisory firm. Seeking a high integrity, experienced, motivated, detail-oriented, positive thinker whom is highly organized, proactive and dedicated to getting the job done. This job is very fast paced and involves being available across multiple time zones and on the weekends. This hire must show a keen interest in music, film, television and activism, and should demonstrate an eagerness to learn about the entertainment business space. Activist hires individuals whom we believe can be a long-term asset to our team – our goal is always to promote from within.
Responsibilities include showing up to work daily with a positive outlook to accomplish all tasks at hand in an efficient and timely fashion. These tasks may include but are not limited to: managing an international calendar; answering, setting and connecting calls; talking to high-profile and high net worth clients; interfacing with other Activist offices; planning and handling both domestic and international travel; and project management. Must be highly persistent and have an excellent eye for detail.
