88rising has quickly become one of the most exciting music brands in the world across recorded music, content production, live events and product.
We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing who will lead our music marketing team and work across all priority releases for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on global marketing campaign strategies across 88rising releases, working with internal teams, third parties and label partners.
- Oversee the marketing team and third parties across digital advertising strategy, DSP marketing, social strategy, influencer/viral strategy, publicity, promotion and outdoor marketing.
- Create clear KPIs for marketing team on each project, allocate resources, track performance and re-allocate/strategize as needed to achieve success.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop streaming and playlist marketing strategies.
- Report to the senior management team on sales and marketing – manage data tracking and report analysis weekly.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing and campaign experience at a record company or management company.
- Experience running a team, managing people, projects, budgets, and sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with marketing, including digital advertising, data strategy, social strategy, new technologies, and influencer marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Passionate music fan with broad knowledge of music & creative marketing, well versed on 88rising artists.
- Full-time employment, LA base preferred or willingness to move to LA.
