DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside artist development and creative teams to strategize, develop, and execute artists’ D2C merch and apparel campaigns
- Manage creative process including design direction, product offering strategy, approvals, etc.
- Run campaign P&Ls across product development, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting
- Work with manufacturing vendors and partners across design, sampling, and fulfillment processes
- Create and execute marketing plans and budgeting
- Oversee development, rollouts, and maintenance of online storefronts
- Track and report campaign sales performance to senior management
- Oversee order fulfillment timelines and review unfulfilled orders and customer service issues on a daily basis
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of experience managing D2C commerce, music industry preferred
- Expert project management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing analytics
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment while juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Full-time employment, LA base preferred or willingness to move to LA
