300 Entertainment – Marketing Director (US)

Our client 300 Entertainment hiring a Marketing Director to join their NYC-based team.

This is a leadership role within full-service digital marketing team serving an all-genre, international roster of artists and creators. We work closely with all parts of the label, artist and digital partner teams to develop and guide the unique digital and streaming strategy of each.

The Director will be responsible for ideating and executing marketing and promotional campaigns across genres for the entire roster. Must have leadership and collaborative working skills to oversee releases and drive campaigns to completion

Primary responsibilities of the role include:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for album and single releases
  • Build and maintain intuitive understanding of artists brand and vision
  • Work with creative team to bring artist’s aesthetic to life in all assets (artwork, photos, social media)
  • Work with internal teams (A&R, Digital, Streaming, PR, Promotions) to develop creative, innovative and efficient strategies for respective platforms
  • Work with the International Marketing team to roll out campaigns in international markets
  • Develop and execute content strategy for releases alongside content team
  • Manage campaign budgets
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of digital marketing experience at a label or streaming company
  • Passion for music and artistry
  • Creative Storyteller
  • Ability to confidently ideate, plan, manage and execute campaigns
  • Knowledge of pop culture
  • Knowledge of social media trends
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly growing roster
