Jess Miller and Anne Sandig promoted to key roles at the UK’s Karma Artists

London-based management and publishing company Karma Artists has made two senior appointments as part of a broader expansion of its creative and operational leadership.

Jess Miller has been promoted to Senior Creative & Operations Manager, while Anne Sandig joins the company as Senior Manager. Both will report directly to Founder & CEO Jordan Jay.

Jordan Jay said: “As we embark on an exciting new era for Karma Artists I’m delighted to announce Jess Millers’ well-earned promotion. She has been with us for over six years and has been pivotal in helping Karma grow whilst maintaining our high standards.

“Her new role is testament to her hard work and passion for the artists we work with.”

He added: “I’m also really excited to welcome Anne Sandig to the team.  She brings a wealth of experience and fresh creative energy to Karma and will play a key role in our next chapter as we continue to scale both creatively and strategically.’”

Miller has played a central role in Karma’s growth since joining the company, supporting its international expansion and helping drive the success of its roster of writers, producers, and artists, the company said.

Sandig, meanwhile, brings extensive experience from senior roles at AAM Management and Kobalt, where she worked across creative development and international strategy.

Karma works with grammy-nominated production duo Red Triangle (over 5 billion streams), Cutfather, PhD, James Reynolds of Bl3SS, Jez Ashurst, Jimbo Barry and Afro-house artist Benji, whose recent single Shine Like Stars has surpassed 25 million streams.

Karma is also broadening its focus on artist development, following recent success with acts including Bl3SS, Super-Hi, Benji, and Olivia Dean — who was signed by Jay during his tenure at EMI.

The company says additional artist-focused signings will be announced soon.Music Business Worldwide
