Petri will work out of AEG’s New York office and will dually report to Nick Baker, Chief Operating Officer, AEG Global Partnerships, as well as Andrew Klein, Managing Director, AEG Global Partnerships.

Petri will serve as a key member of AEG’s Global Partnerships’ sales team, which is responsible for driving business solutions for new partners and growing strategic relationships with companies investing across AEG’s portfolio.

She will focus on building multi-property deals with major brands that span all facets of AEG’s sports and live entertainment business, says the company.

This includes the Crypto.com Arena, L.A. LIVE, and The O2 arena, London, music festivals such as Coachella and Stagecoach Festival, sports franchises the LA Kings and LA Galaxy, as well as a wider network of live music venues.

Before joining AEG, Petri spent eight years with the National Basketball Association (NBA) as Associate Vice President of Business Development and Global Partnerships.

There, she oversaw business development and built brand partnerships for the NBA and its portfolio of leagues, including the Women’s National Basketball Association, the NBA 2K League, G League and USA Basketball.

Petri also managed business development and partnerships for the National Football League (NFL), and previously worked for NBC News Networks, Sports Illustrated Property Sales and as the Head of Sports Advertising Sales at television company DirecTV.

Petri’s appointment follows the appointment of Lara Fox to Vice President of AEG Global Partnerships, who joined the company in October 2021.
