India-headquartered music company TIPS Music has acquired the complete music catalog of Studio Radha, adding more than 4,000 Gujarati and Kutchi tracks to its portfolio.

Through the deal, TIPS Music, formerly Tips Industries, will gain access to traditional songs spanning devotional music, folk music, and cultural narratives from the Indian state of Gujarat. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Following the sale, TIPS said it plans to distribute the Studio Radha catalog across major streaming platforms and digital services, targeting both domestic and global audiences.

The acquisition expands TIPS’ collection of over 34,000 songs across multiple languages and genres.

“Beyond preserving this incredible legacy, our goal is to leverage our modern distribution infrastructure and introduce these timeless songs to a new generation of listeners globally. This aligns perfectly with our business strategy of investing in high-quality, diverse content that holds timeless appeal.”
