Hayley Marchant joins fast-rising UK company Catalyst Management as GM

Catalyst Management, home to artists including Mist, Steel Banglez, Preditah and Actor/Writer Michael Dapaah has hired Hayley Marchant as General Manager.

Marchant joins the London-headquartered company from Island Records UK, where she worked for the past five years and was previously Marketing Manager.

The exec joins a team at Catalyst which includes founder and CEO, Guv Singh, and Co founder/Managing Director, Nim Jani.

At Island, Marchant worked on campaigns for artists including Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Nick Jonas, Sean Paul and John Newman.

Marchant commented: “Having previously worked with Guv and Nim at Catalyst from a label side, and also watching how they have grown the brand, roster and company over the years; it was a real honour and exciting opportunity be asked to join the team.

Jani said: “We saw Hayley worked incredibly well alongside us when we were working projects, so it only made sense for us to bring her to the team. We’re excited, she’s excited it’s about to be a great year.”

Other artists signed to Catalyst include Warner Chappell-signed producer, Swifta Beater, as well as Sony-signed DJ producer, Tom Zanetti, Island Records-signed Sam Tompkins alongside YouTube personality Chunkz.

Other ventures underway at Catalyst include the production of ‘Europe’s biggest urban music beach festival’, Afro Nation in Portugal, working alongside Live Nation and Echo Location Talent.
