A&R executive Harri Davies has joined The Other Songs as Head of A&R.

He most recently served as Head of A&R at RCA Records UK.

During his tenure at RCA, Davies worked across a roster that included Myles Smith, alongside JADE, Charlotte Plank, Tyla and Bring Me The Horizon.

Before joining RCA, Davies was Senior Director of A&R at Concord Music Publishing. There, he was involved in signing and developing writers, artists and producers, including Grammy and BRIT Award-winning artists Tyla, alongside Chase & Status, Flowdan, Walshy Fire and Imanbek.

“The Other Songs stands at the forefront of that shift as a progressive, forward-thinking company, and joining at such a pivotal moment of growth is incredibly exciting.”

Davies began his career as an engineer and producer, a background that has informed his approach to talent development and his work with songwriters and producers including Sammy Soso, Jake Gosling, NEIKED, Biff Stannard, Yoz Beatz and Jin Jin.

“There has never been a more vital time for independent voices in music,” Davies said.

“He [DAVIES] has an extraordinary ear for talent with the ability to spot artists and songwriters early and turn them into superstars.”

What really excites me is that Harri started his career as an engineer and producer, so he truly understands the craft from the ground up.

“That combination of creative instinct and technical expertise is incredibly rare, and it’s exactly what we need as we continue to build something special here. We can’t wait to get started.”

“Davies brings a huge amount of A&R experience and a vision for the next phase that genuinely excites us.”

The appointment follows a period of expansion at The Other Songs, founded in 2018.

In 2025, the company added Louis Brown as General Manager and Raju Watts as Financial Director, while founders Alastair and Billy Webber transitioned into the roles of CEO and President, respectively.
