Reporting to CEO David Martin, she joins during a period of expansion for the UK’s artist trade body, says FAC.

Genneah will play a central role in ensuring that artists’ rights and interests are represented while the FAC “enters a new phase in its mission to drive greater fairness for artists and music creators”, it says.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Genneah has worked across a number of areas including product management, label management and artist management.

She has worked with One Little Independent Records and Quest Management, alongside Derek Birkett and Scott Rodger respectively.

She has helped run projects with Bjork and Arcade Fire, and spent time operating her own management company, representing artists such as M.I.A.

The FAC was formed in 2009 by artists including Billy Bragg and Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the FAC.”
