Fred Gillham promoted to Managing Director of UK & Europe at Concord Recorded Music

Fred Gillham has been promoted to Managing Director of UK & Europe at Concord Recorded Music.

Gillham’s new position is an extension of the role he has undertaken for the company since 2019 as Managing Director of the UK, says Concord.

Gillham first joined Concord from Universal.

At Universal, he served as VP International for its partner labels.

At Concord, Gillham opened the company’s first UK Recorded Music office, with a remit to build a team to take control of all campaigns for Concord Recorded Music’s labels; Fantasy, Rounder, Loma Vista Recordings, Easy Eye Sound, Fearless Records, KIDZ BOP, and the catalog under Craft Recordings.

Gillham also managed Concord’s local distribution relationships.

As Managing Director of UK & Europe, Gillham will realize Concord’s UK setup throughout Europe, it says.

This will include making new hires and partnerships across the continent to “strengthen Concord’s unique global offering of a truly international marketing execution under one P&L to its frontline artists and catalogue releases”, says the company.

“Fred has proved an invaluable member of the global team.”
