The RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) represents the US recorded music industry. The NMPA (National Music Publishers’ Association) represents the US music publishing industry.
Both orgs issue annual data showing the yearly trade/wholesale revenues of their industries in the United States.
The RIAA does so via an annual report; the NMPA does so via an announcement at its Annual General Meeting each summer.
