The firm was acquired by KKR in a $1.4 billion deal in summer 2024.

The company’s reported revenue nearly quadrupled year-on-year to £698.9 million in calendar 2024, though the increase is largely attributable to a January 2024 internal restructuring that brought a much larger portfolio of festival businesses — including ID&T, ICS (Wacken), Elrow, and The Music Republic — into the consolidated group for the first time
