Spotify‘s annual SEC filings in the US contain a few stats pertaining to its employee base.
Two of the most crucial stats in thie field: SPOT’s total employee headcount, and the total amount of money it’s paying them.
Below you can see a chart based on this information, with headcount only representing full-time employees. This figure, says Spotify, is an average for each year (rather than the number at the close of each FY).
As noted, the ‘wages/salaries’ figure is in millions of EUR, as reported by SPOT.
