Miller will report to Chief Operating Officer Ben Patterson.

Based in Austin, Texas, Miller will oversee the company’s global artist and label-facing Client Services Team, with a remit to “make the process of releasing and promoting music as successful and simple as possible for creators and teams”, says Downtown.

At CD Baby, he rose to manage CD Baby’s Creator Services team.

There, he was responsible for the company’s roster of marquee artists and priority content, before transitioning to Downtown Music Services in 2021.

Today’s news follows the several recent new hires and signings in the company’s UK team.

In February, Sandra Croft joined the Downtown Music Services team as its Marketing Manager.

Chelsey Blow also joined the company as its Client Services Coordinator.
