PRO Music Rights is a Florida-headquartered performance rights collection society in the United States.

The company was founded by its CEO, Jake Noch, and claims to represent more than 2 million copyrights.

PRO Music Rights issues music licenses for a monthly or annual fee, then then collects revenues based on usage from businesses including television and radio stations; broadcast and cable networks; new media, including  internet/streaming services; satellite audio services like XM and Sirius; nightclubs, hotels, bars, restaurants and other venues; digital jukeboxes; and live concerts.

In 2019, PRO Music Rights signed a deal to represent the rights of Billboard-charting recording artist and songwriter OG Maco.

In January 2021, PRO Music Rights announced its intention to go public in the United States via a Direct Public Offering (DPO).Music Business Worldwide
