London-based live booking agency Coalition has hired Antony Norris as its new MD, with Owen Kent joining as Creative Director.
In addition, Claire Horseman, former MD of Coda Agency, joins the company as a Non-Exec Director.
Both Norris and Kent report directly to Guy Robinson, Founder and CEO of Coalition Agency.
Anthony Norris has over 20 years’ experience working at companies such as Live Nation, MTV and Endemol.
In 2011 he joined London 2012 where he created, implement and led the executive team behind the successful Olympic Park Spectator Experience Programme.
Owen Kent started his career with UK festival promoter Festival Republic. He has worked on major festivals in the US and UK such as Reading, Latitude, Electric Picnic, Orlando Calling and Glastonbury.
In 2012, Kent and Norris co-founded Eleven 11 Events where they went on to produce a wide range of events and UK tours including The Coronation Festival Gala at Buckingham Palace and Girl Effect Live, an urban festival for The Nike Foundation.
In 2015 Eleven 11 Events entered into a joint venture agreement with Music Plus Sport to focus on promoting and producing events both independently and for global rights holders.

Claire Horseman was appointed Managing Director of Coda Agency in 2013.
During her time there she oversaw the company’s operations and strategy. Prior to joining Coda, she worked at the likes of Profile Records, edel UK, BMG and Sony/Columbia Records.

Launched in 1995, Coalition Agency oversees a talent roster in addition to running in-house entertainment events.
