Brandon Silverstein, founder of S10 Entertainment and manager of Normani and Anitta, has inked a partnership for his S10 Films division with Simon Fuller, XIX Entertainment founder and the mind behind the ‘Idol’ talent franchise.

The partnership opens a pipeline between Silverstein and Fuller, who will develop new entertainment content together. The deal also gives S10 Entertainment’s clients access to film and television opportunities.

S10 Films says it has several scripted and un-scripted projects in active development across television, documentary, and audio mediums.

S10 Publishing publishes songs for Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Selena Gomez, Kid Laroi, DJ Snake, The Weeknd, and serial Spotify record-breaker Bad Bunny.

S10 Publishing and Avex USA, the US arm of Japanese music company Avex Inc., recently signed a multi-year extension to the two company’s joint venture publishing partnership.

Simon Fuller, meanwhile, is looking to TikTok to source the newest manufactured global superstars.

After teaming up with the Bytedance-owned platform in 2020, in January of this year, The Future X were unveiled, described in a press release at the time as a “first of its kind pop group, made up of three dynamic singers and four incredible dancers all discovered on TikTok”.

The Future X were formed as the music industry equivalent of a ‘hype house’ – where influencers live and work together to create collaborative content – and live and work together in a Malibu compound.

They are currently signed to Colombia Records.

“this partnership is already off to a great start.”

Brandon Silverstein

Brandon Silverstein, said: “I’m psyched to partner with Simon, he is someone I grew up idolizing (no pun intended) and has been an incredible resource to me.

“We already have so much in the works, including one concept we think has all the makings of a hit, that brings together some of today’s most exciting culturally important musicians with an incredibly compelling content creator who is a specialist in making music-based moments go viral…

“It’s just one great idea that has come out of our relationship but this partnership is already off to a great start.”

“I am excited about all the innovative and disruptive projects we are currently working on.”

Simon Fuller

Simon Fuller, said: “Brandon is one of the most exciting young managers I have come across in recent years.

“His intuitive connection to pop culture and the breakthrough talent that will define the future is a perfect match for my experience and strategic thinking.
