Billie Eilish inks co-publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group

Universal Music Publishing Group has signed an exclusive co-publishing deal with 16-year-old singer-songwriter Billie Eilish.

Eilish’s latest single, When The Party’s Over (written by her brother Finneas O’Connell), peaked at No.1 on Apple Music and iTunes’ Alternative charts and has amassed more than 92 million streams across digital platforms.

She released her debut EP Don’t Smile At Me in 2017 and has since surpassed 2.5 billion streams.

Currently working on her debut album, Eilish (Darkroom/Interscope Records) has already earned two RIAA Platinum certifications in North America for debut single Ocean Eyes, which she released at just 14-years-old and Lovely (with Khalid) which was featured in the TV show 13 Reasons Why: Season 2.

Eilish’s track You Should See Me In A Crown was streamed over 1m times in the first 24 hours after it was released.
