Nashville-based artist manager Autumn Ledgin has launched a new company called Ledgin Management, with country singer Tucker Wetmore as its flagship artist.
The new venture includes a strategic partnership with Red Light Management.
Ledgin has worked with Wetmore since 2023, guiding the singer through his rise in the country music scene.
Ledgin began her career as a promoter representative for talent buyer Greg Walton before joining Good Company Entertainment (GCE), a management joint venture with Red Light, as its first employee.
She served as day-to-day manager for artists including Jake Owen, Larry Fleet and Shelby Darrall.
Through the new partnership, Ledgin describes her return to Red Light as a “homecoming” that reunites her with trusted colleagues.
“I wouldn’t have made this jump if it wasn’t for Tucker, how much I believe in him and how easy he is to work with.”

“I’m thankful and honored that Coran [Capshaw] wanted to partner with us,” Ledgin said.
“There’s no one else in the music industry who has built a management company the way he has. Working with him motivates me to be the best leader possible. Ben [Kline] has also been incredibly helpful in navigating certain elements of the business, and having his support makes a world of difference.”
Red Light Management’s Ben Kline, added: “We are beyond excited to partner with Autumn at Red Light. The Tucker Wetmore breakout success is a testament to his incredible talent, hard work and their collective vision for the future.”
Ledgin Management’s team includes coordinators Mikey Hernandez and Reid Staubitz.
Wetmore gained widespread recognition in 2024 with back-to-back Billboard Hot 100 entries for his RIAA Platinum and 2x Platinum certified debut singles Wine Into Whiskey and Wind Up Missin’ You, the latter of which marked his first No.1 at Country radio.
His debut album, What Not To, released earlier this year, became the biggest new artist country debut of 2025 and has amassed over 1.2 billion global streams.
Wetmore is currently touring as direct support on Thomas Rhett’s Better In Boots Tour, while his follow-up single 3,2,1 is climbing the Top 20 at country radio.
