ATC Management acquires majority stake in Bring Me The Horizon management company Raw Power

UK-based artist management company ATC has acquired a majority stake in Raw Power Management, bringing together two prominent UK-born artist management businesses under one roof.

Founded in 2006 by current CEO, Craig Jennings, Raw Power Management represents heavy music artists across rock and metal, including 2024 BRIT Award winners Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, The Mars Volta, The Damned, You Me At Six, Don Broco, Heartworms, Kid Kapichi, The Chisel and Refused.

As part of the independently-owned ATC Group, ATC Management represents more than 60 artists, composers and producers, including Nick Cave, The Smile, PJ Harvey, Yaeji, The Hives, Sleaford Mods, Johnny Marr, Black Country, New Road, Kelela, Isobel Waller-Bridge and Kwes.

ATC has acquired a 55% stake in Raw Power for £1.41 million in cash (approx. $1.8 million) according to a regulatory filing published on Thursday (May 16).

Alongside artist management, the ATC Group encompasses live booking agency ATC Live, merchandise company Sandbag, livestream business Driift, ATC Services and ATC Experience.

The business is headquartered in London, and operates offices in Los Angeles and New York.

In 2021, ATC raised £4.15 million ($5.2m) to list on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, under the ticker ATC.

ATC’s market cap was approximately £14.66 million ($19.3m) immediately after it started trading in December 2021.

As per today’s announcement, following its listing on the Aquis Growth Market, ATC Group “has sought to strategically expand its range of services to artists and industry partners”.

According to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market, ATC Group’s market cap value is currently £18.81 million (approx $23.82m at current exchange rates).

Under the new partnership, Raw Power’s UK team, including Craig Jennings and Commercial Director, Don Jenkins, will relocate to ATC Management’s London headquarters.

This alliance will be mirrored in the US, with the merging of both companies’ Los Angeles-based operations.

Prominent Raw Power act Bring Me The Horizon have been managed by Craig Jennings and Raw Power Management’s US President, Matt Ash, since 2008.

ATC notes that the band performs at arena level “across the world” and has achieved “transatlantic chart success” surpassing 1 billion streams of their music to date across all platforms.
