Warner/Chappell Named Publisher of the Year at ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards

Warner/Chappell Music was named 2016 Music Publisher of the Year at last night’s annual ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards in Los Angeles.

The honour follows WCM’s recent wins as Publisher of the Year at the 33rd annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards and at the 2015 ASCAP Country Music Awards (for the third year in a row).

In addition, WCM songwriters picked up 26 Most Performed Song of the Year awards.

“It’s an absolute honour to work alongside these incredibly talented songwriters who defined the sound of R&B and hip-hop over the past year.”
