UK publisher Sentric Music relaunches Music Services division

UK-based independent publisher Sentric Music has relaunched its sync and licensing Music Services division, unveiling a roster of artists dedicated to bespoke compositions and its new ‘Masstrax’ library of pre-cleared music.

Sentric now has a roster of composers, producers and artists tasked with providing original tracks for clients.

Names on the list include Grammy Award-winning producer Steve Levine, Stanton Warriros’ Mark Yardley and folk guitarist and singer John Smith.

The new Masstrax library consists of performing rights only music pre-cleared in perpetuity worldwide for TV broadcast productions.

Sentric Music is home to over 85,000 songwriters and 400,000+ songs worldwide. The publishing company is now in its 10th year and has offices in London, Hamburg, Amsterdam and New York, alongside its Liverpool headquarters.

“The sync department here at Sentric has always been punching above its weight in what is an outrageously competitive market.”

Sentric’s Director of Music Services, Simon Pursehouse (pictured), said: “The sync department here at Sentric has always been punching above its weight in what is an outrageously competitive market.

“For years we’ve been seen as a gateway to some of the best emerging music the UK has to offer, having landed placements for artists such as Bastille, Coasts, Eliza & The Bear, Catfish & The Bottlemen and plenty more long before they became the names they are today.

“The launch of Sentric Music Services shows we’re capable of much more than that, however, thanks to our extensive catalogue of chart topping tracks and household names, our roster of bespoke, genre-spanning composers and our new Masstrax library, which is already being used by big names in broadcasting such as Lime Pictures, BT Sport, Channel 5 and more.”
