Raw Power signs ‘innovative finance agreement’ with Pulled Apart By Horses

Rock specialist management house Raw Power Management has signed a deal to represent acclaimed UK band Pulled Apart by Horses on a global basis – but it’s a deal with a difference.

Raw Power has worked with finance specialists Amplify Music to secure an ‘innovative new funding package’ for Pulled Apart by Horses, which will allow the band to explore new routes to market.

The band will apparently have ‘control over their creative and commercial decision making’, allowing them to fund their new album, choose their own label or label services partners, grow their touring activities and retain their music publishing rights.

Yorkshire band Pulled Apart by Horses’ last album, Blood, was released in 2014.

Craig Jennings, founder and CEO of Raw Power Management (pictured) said, “We are big fans of Pulled Apart by Horses and delighted that they have joined the Raw Power family.

“This exciting new finance agreement with Amplify Music gives the band real freedom to explore the creative and commercial possibilities open to them.

“With that security behind them and the ability for them to make their own decisions they are in a better position now than they’ve ever been before.”

Tom Bywater, founder of Amplify Music said: “We are delighted to be working with Pulled Apart by Horses on their new album, which is their best yet.

“Also, we’re excited about working with Raw Power Management for the first time – they are thoroughbreds in the rock management world. We can’t wait to see what they can do with a band like this in combination with the war-chest we’ve given them. Let the battle commence!”

Raw Power operated offices in London and Los Angeles.

Its roster includes Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, Mallory Knox, At The Drive In, Don Broco, Of Mice and Men, Atreyu and others.Music Business Worldwide
