Loud & Proud Records signs global deal with Warner’s ADA

Warner‘s independent services arm ADA has signed a worldwide partnership for physical and digital distribution with indie Loud & Proud Records.

The deal, which commenced earlier this month, also includes sync representation for all visual media, as well as joint marketing for both veteran artists and new/emerging artists.

The move brings Loud & Proud back to Warner: the label was a partner of WMG’s Roadrunner Records from 2007 to 2012.

Loud & Proud owner Tom Lipsky said “The team at ADA made a strong impression on us, and their seamless global system provides us with tremendous opportunities for our artists.

“Loud & Proud started as a Warner company joint-venture, so it feels right to partner with them now as we build a unique environment for both established and emerging artists.”

“Tom Lipsky and his team work closely with artists and their management to build deals and campaigns custom-tailored to their needs, and that sets Loud & Proud apart from the pack,” said ADA worldwide President Eliah Seton.

“ADA operates with the same kind of flexibility, which is part of what makes us such a great pairing.

“With legends like Lynyrd Skynyrd (pictured) and Rick Springfield, as well as up-and-coming favorites like The Winery Dogs and The Delta Saints, the Loud & Proud roster is home to some truly incredible music, and I speak for all of ADA when I say how excited we are to be on their team.”Music Business Worldwide
