The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years appropriate experience within an independent or major record label, a creative mindset, and hunger for digital activations
Required: 5+ years of marketing experience with a major label, track record for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies and marketing concepts within the music industry
Required: first experience in A&R and marketing, and a deep knowledge of the independent music scene and have an existing network of producers, artists and service providers nationally and internationally
Required: excellent analytical, organizational and research abilities, with an extremely high attention to detail, and experience reading and comprehending purchase, publishing, and administration agreements
