INgrooves signs new album deals for Nerina Pallot and Stereophonics

The artist and label services on offer at INgrooves Music Group are being utilised by both Stereophonics and Nerina Pallot for their new albums.

Former major label artist Nerina Pallot is releasing her new album, The Sound and the Fury, on her own label worldwide via INgrooves’ INresidence artist service division.

INresidence has been working directly with Pallot to put together a campaign for the release, which arrives both digitally and physically in September.

The album announcement was accompanied by the launch of a new track, The Road, highlighting the humanitarian issues surrounding migrants who have been forcibly displaced in the world.

The video for the song – which you can watch below – was premiered in the UK with The Guardian and resulted in Pallot being interviewed on Sky News discussing the issues.

The Nerina Pallot campaign continues this week with a track to radio called ‘Rousseau’ which will have its first play on BBC Radio 2 show from Chris Evans.

Toby Peacock, Director of Label & Project Management at INgrooves, said: ’It’s a real pleasure to be working with an artist so full of creative passion and artistic integrity.

“We are thrilled to be collaborating directly with Nerina in order to best utilise our collective knowledge, experience and the services INgrooves offer to tailor a solid platform for the release of this stunning album, ‘The Sound and The Fury’.”

INgrooves is also releasing the Stereophonics album, Keep The Village Alive, in the US as part of its continuing partnership with Ignition Records and Ignition Artist Management.

Across their career, Stereophonics have released five platinum albums including Just Enough Education To Perform and Performance and Cocktails.

The BRIT Award-winning band’s last album, Graffiti On The Train, has shipped over 300,000 albums in the UK alone.

Bryan Mead, SVP Artist Services at INgrooves, said: “Having already run successful US services campaigns for Oasis and Primal Scream, the INgrooves team could not be more enthusiastic about solidifying our relationship with Alec and Ignition; grand music and great people.”
